Due to the nature of photography services and digital products, all sales are final.

The 50% retainer required to secure your booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.

No refunds will be issued after the photography session has taken place.

All digital images and downloadable products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

If a session must be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to fulfill the session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
